We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least some experience in digital marketing and a passion for driving online engagement and growth. A certification or course in Digital Marketing is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for online platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand voice.
- SEO/SEM: Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media profiles, engage with the audience, and develop strategies to increase followers and engagement. Develop and launch targeted campaigns using Zoho’s marketing automation platform.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including the development of newsletters, promotional emails, and follow-up campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, providing insights to keep the company ahead of the competition.
Skills Required:
- SEO/SEM Expertise: Proficient in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to drive traffic and improve search rankings.
- Social Media Management: Skilled in managing and optimizing social media platforms and campaigns for brand engagement.
- Content Creation: Ability to create, edit, and manage content across various digital channels, including blogs, social media, and email.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Email Marketing: Experience in designing and managing targeted email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Communication and Creativity: Strong communication skills combined with creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A Digital Marketing course or certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
